History
XAOSolutions operates since May 2007, established as an equal partnership of two managing partners, Bojana Krsmanovic and Aleksandra Vladisavljevic.
Three years in business, yet too early to write a history. However, we would like to share with you, how we started, and why.
XAOSolutions came into life in response to an identified need to support private sectors' strategic growth. In fact, we wanted to provide solutions to the chaotic business practice.
Prior starting our own firm we worked together for four years within the Serbia Enterprise Development Project (SEDP). The project was implemented by a global consulting firm and aimed to improve competitiveness of private enterprises in Serbia.
Being a part of a professional and creative crew has inspired us to move on as our own pilots.
We combined our knowledge and experience to provide what we believed is needed, and what we enjoy doing.
We have started the business by mixing our own fine blend of ingredients:
- Over 10 years of prior experience in private and public sector development
- Strong networking with experienced local, regional and international business advisors, and consulting firms
- Ability to adapt development methodologies to local socio-economic context to ensure results
